The 8th Medical Battalion (minus Companies A and B) (8th Infantry Division) arrived on December 16, 1943. The 8th Infantry Division was activated on July 1, 1940 and shipped to Ireland on December 5, 1943.  Elements of the Division arrived on continental Europe on July 4, 1944 via Utah Beach.  The entire division arrived in Europe on July 8. The text of the act follows.  Since the Act was published in 1922, any copyright on the material should have expired, though it's difficult to understand how an Act of law is something which can be protected by copyright!
